Out the front door, there's a detached deck, outdoor dining, and hot tub. To the side and back of the house, there's a terraced, hillside garden. Nestled into the hillside, up a set of steps from the main house, there's a one-room cottage. The cottage has its own small deck with adirondack chairs, overlooking the main house, hot tub, and main deck.
