Beyond the bedrooms, there's a sunroom with desk set and sitting area. At the rear of the house, there's a large deck with outdoor dining and grassy yard. There's outdoor dining also in the side yard. Down a short path and up a set of steps, the hot tub has its own deck in a ring of redwood trees.
