Wagging Woods (~1260sf) is a remodeled, beautifully furnished home, located in the redwood forests of Cazadero, up on Magic Mountain, a little traveled, no-outlet mountain drive. The living room and kitchen are open in a L, with a dining area. On a hall off the living area, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Beyond the bedrooms, there's a sunroom with desk set and sitting area. At the rear of the house, there's a large deck with outdoor dining and grassy yard. There's outdoor dining also in the side yard. Down a short path and up a set of steps, the hot tub has its own deck in a ring of redwood trees.

"With gas prices so high we decided to vacation close to home and this was the perfect place. We always bring our dog, so that made this even better. We enjoyed the house, the hot tub and the large yard. My dog had the best time as he never has this much space to roam. We enjoyed the piece and quiet and spent a lot of quality time together. It’s so close to a great beach for dogs, Monte Rio. The kids enjoyed many games in the large yard."
