          An easy walk to downtown Guerneville, Twin Palms enjoys a wonderful location. River-front with a fabulous river view, Twin Palms is designed for the perfect vacation, with its deck overlooking the river, gas barbecue and patio dining. Stairs lead down to a seasonal dock where there is deep water, but shallow water is just a few feet further. You can boat downstream to Johnson's Beach or upstream to Drake's Beach in a few minutes. On the house lower level there is a six-person hot tub on the deck and sheltered under the house is a ping pong table.

          Sleeping eight, Twin Palms offers a completely remodeled, beautifully furnished home for any season. The updated kitchen opens to a graceful river-view living room with a fireplace and two seating areas, including two sleeper sofas, and a large dining area. Two bedrooms have queen beds and there are two full baths with combination tub/showers. In a small alcove near the bedrooms is a trundle bed. The bottom bed rolls out from under the top bed and tends to block the hall so the lower trundle is best used as a mattress to be placed on the floor in another room. Including the trundle, there are six separate sleeping spaces.

          If you need to stay connected, this home includes wireless high-speed cable Internet access.
