House: Sundancing River Lodge (~2400sf) is a beautifully restored craftsman-style, river-view home originally built in 1932, with wood floors and panelling. The living room has an open beam ceiling and a stone fireplace with wood stove insert. There's a separate family room with TV. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there's a formal dining room seating ten. Sleeping ten, there are five bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, three bedrooms with queen beds, and the fifth bedroom has a set of bunk beds. The bunk room has an office setup with a computer, high-speed Internet access, printer, and fax (fax is not a separate phone line and an 800 number is required for access). Four of the bedrooms, the living room, family room, and kitchen all have televisions with cable reception. The bedrooms have good separation from one another.

      Grounds: Sundancing River Lodge is surrounded by gorgeous gardens, terraced down the hill to the river. This home has a covered deck with an array of stylish patio furniture, dining set, and a gas barbecue, looking out to the river. To the side of the house, there is a gazebo with hot tub. Descending through lovely landscaped flower beds, a staircase ends at a river dock, providing good river access into deep water. There are a variety of boats: kayaks, canoes, and a dinghy.
