This Sunday, please come and check out our very own mermaid, the only one registered by the State of California. Vira holds an annual festival, celebrating fishing and environmental soundness of our ocean and waterways. The festival is Sunday, October 30, 11 - 6, at the Rio Nido Roadhouse; Vira and her mermaid pals will be performing in the pool. Lots of fun with music, dancing, activities for children, food. Donation is $5; children under 12 free.
