Formerly the Koret family summer home, River Queen (~5500sf) enjoys a spectacular river front setting on several acres with willow and redwood trees and is stunningly furnished in 1930's style antiques. This home is the ultimate in grace, luxury, and comfort. There are two levels, each complete as a living unit, so the house can provide separate spaces for two groups. On the upper level, there's a living room, formal dining room, kitchen and sun porch. Off the dining room, there's a small deck with grill and stairs that lead to the grassy rear yard, decks, hot tub and river access. The three bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) on this level have their own bathrooms.
The lower/ground level has a living room, a kitchen with wet bar/pass-through, and opens to the front patio and garden. Two bedrooms have two twin beds each. Two more bedrooms (king and queen) are accessible only through the first two bedrooms or from a rear deck. Just outside the bedrooms, there are two full baths. One of these bathrooms is also accessible from a hallway off the living room. There is a half bath off the recreation room.
