Grounds:
Powder River Ranch is at the apex of a 4.7 acre hilltop spread with a small orchard and fully-fenced animal menagerie. There's a seasonal creek and pond inside the menagerie, and any of the following may be in residence: black swans, call ducks, llamas, emu, chickens or sheep (all rescues). The animals can be tossed vegetarian scraps off the deck and will venture over looking for food. In the mornings, wild birds, including egrets, blue herons and ducks, may also visit the pond for an early feast. There's a large, paved driveway with parking enough for eight. There are also an unoccupied cottage and outbuildings on the property.
