Palazzo Sergianni (~2400sf) is an Italian Mediterranean-style home custom built with hand-selected designer furnishings, artwork collected from every corner of the world, and antiques. The entire house is built to showcase the incredible 180 degree view of the Russian River Valley. On one side, the living room opens to the kitchen, which has its own deck. On the other side, there's a dining area, bathroom, and stairs to the lower level. Downstairs, the den opens to the rear patio, outdoor dining, and pool. Off the den, a hall leads to three bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, another bathroom, and deck with hot tub. Next to the house, there are stone steps thorugh a redwood glade and terraced garden.
This home is not recommended for children under six.
