Oar House is a remodeled cabin located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the redwoods. The living room is open to the kitchen, with a dining set between. The bedroom is directly off the living room; the bathroom is just beyond the bedroom. Out the front door, there's a large front porch with outdoor dining and a smaller, completely private deck with hot tub. Across the cul-de-sac, there's a large garden patio with outdoor kitchen and many other outdoor amenities, shared with another of our rentals, Wicker House. Beyond the patio, a set of steps leads to the creek.

"Oar House is the perfect escape for two. Such a treat. The home itself is charming, full of character and has all the modern amenities you would want. The bedding is so luxurious, we've never had such a peaceful and enjoyable sleep. The grounds are an oasis of beauty and peacefulness. The redwoods, flowers, and abundance of beautifully manicured grounds made our stay so dreamy and magical at the same time! WOW! Really spectacular. If you like to lounge, play ping pong, walk to the creek or just sit and read, there are plenty of exciting nooks and places to sit on this special little slice of heaven. The hot tub for two is sweet! Oar House is a pleasant surprise! Peaceful, quiet and unbelievably beautiful. The perfect getaway!"
