Northern Exposure (~2080sf) is a beautifully furnished riverfront home, consisting of two self-contained flats with no interior connection. The upper level has a living room and adjacent kitchen, with eat-in dining and seating area. The kitchen opens to the upper deck and outdoor dining. There are two bedrooms, with a jack-and-jill bathroom in-between (two toilets in separate rooms, one tub/shower). The lower level has a living room open to the kitchen with a dining set. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Off the lower living room, there's a lower deck, hot tub, fenced wild yard. Next to the house, there's a public path to the beach (no direct access from yard). Parking is limited to 4 cars.
Please help keep our neighbors happy and our neighborhoods vacation rental-friendly. By County Ordinance, quiet hours are 10pm-9am. After 10pm, please keep voices quiet and hot tub jets on low.

Off-season, the upper unit can be rented alone at a 40% discount, cleaning fee of $100 or the lower unit at a 50% discount, $90 cleaning fee. Once one unit is rented, the other will be kept empty. Call to inquire.

+ 9% hotel tax + 2% BIA assessment (required by county for rentals less than 31 days)
