In the warm months, this home offers a complete resort setting: a small in-ground heated swimming pool, hot-tub for four, loungers, gas grill, patio dining in a vine-covered pergola, and landscaped grounds, all fenced for complete privacy. November through April, the swimming pool remains available for polar bears, but is not heated other than what the solar heating provides--take a 10% discount during these months. Giant redwood trees provide a magnificent view from the sunny patio.
Martini House has two luxurious bedrooms, one with queen bed, the other with a double, and two bathrooms, one with tub/shower, the other with glass block shower. Martini House is an easy, level twenty minute walk to downtown Guerneville, but you may not want to leave this delightful home at all!
