One bath has a tub/shower combination; the other has a shower. There is a queen sleeper in the den on the ground floor level, separated by a sliding pocket door from the living room. The ground floor level includes a third bathroom with shower. The living room features vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and with floor to ceiling windows which overlook the beautiful river views. Lotus provides cable connected TVs, a DVD/VCR player, ipod compatible stereo, and unlimited phone service. Wireless high-speed Internet access is also available, so feel free to bring your laptop.

      Grounds: With panoramic river views, private beach, and redwood forest on both sides of the house, Lotus is a rare and elegant vacation getaway. Although nestled in the woods, this newly-built home offers both sunny and shady areas all day long. From the privacy of the deck, you can enjoy the river flowing down below and the Osprey soaring above. In the mornings and evenings, the resident swallows display their aerial acrobatics. On the wrap-around deck there is a gas grill, wrought iron dining set with umbrella and lounge chairs. To the side, there is a small, secured patio with private hot tub. Two kayaks and river tubes allow you to fully enjoy the river.

      Since this home is level-in a few steps from the parking area and has a sleeping area and bath on the main floor, those with physical limitations will find this home exceptionally accessible. However, the home sits on a bluff over the river and the river is accessed via a long set of stairs.
