A second, very spacious bedroom called the "satellite," is attached to the main house, but is accessed from outdoors, a few yards from the front entrance. This bedroom has its own private deck and office set up. At the side of the house, there's a fenced yard with outdoor dining and hot tub. Stairs and a ramp lead from the side of the house to a seasonal dock.
