The kitchen has a sitting room with a high-quality stereo, and just outside, there's another stone patio with dining set for six and gas grill. From here, there are a few steps to a wood deck with another dining set for four and the hot tub deck just beyond. Set off a hall between living room and kitchen, and with its own door to the patio, the formal dining room seats eight in elegance. For those who want to stay connected, there's high-speed cable Internet access.

      Lark Manor has four gorgeous bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. There's a half bath on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor, the master suite is furnished with a king bed, fireplace and flat-screen television with DVD and VCR. The large dressing room/bathroom has two sinks, dressing table and ample closet space. The separate, open double shower has two shower heads. From the master bedroom, french doors open to the hot tub deck with large 78-jet hot tub with built-in CD stereo and loungers. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms furnished with a king bed, a queen bed and a full-sized bed, all with high-quality linens. The two larger bedrooms each have a television with cable (all TVs have HBO) and great views. The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom which has a bathtub and a separate shower.

      Grounds: Lark Manor is showcased by a ½ acre of lush gardens, stone patios, rock walls, and majestic pine trees. The front yard has a gated circular driveway and lovely mature landscaping with a grassy lawn featuring two seating areas with loungers. The back yard also features a large, fully fenced, grassy lawn with mature landscaping. There are two outdoor dining sets with a gas grill on the patios adjoining the house. Beyond, there are a few steps to a sunny wood deck with another dining set, loungers and the hot tub. From the wood deck, there are a few steps down to the garden lawn. The view from the rear patios is of forest and mountain.
