In summer, the winter creek becomes an access path to year-round Austin Creek.
Because this property is adjacent to such a large forested area, guests must pay particular attention to fire risks: absolutely no smoking inside or outside, coals/ash from the barbecue must be emptied into a metal ashcan, and no open fires anywhere on the property.
