Downstairs, the 2nd level has a master bedroom suite with full bath and its own deck (with a spiral stair down to the hot tub deck), another bedroom, a TV room, and a half bath. Accessed from exterior stairs down the side of the house or from spiral stairs from the master bedroom deck, the 3rd level down has a game room, another full bath, and a large deck with hot tub. From the hot tub deck, there's a terraced garden, a sunny clearing with fruit trees, and the woods beyond.
