We will confirm your order and then charge your payment to the credit card on file. Please book at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours. and 5% cancellation fee for cancellations more than 48 hours in advance.

Our homes are cleaned and beds made up prior to your arrival. Should you want mid-stay housekeeping services, let us know. Generally in the summer, these services have to be performed prior to 11 a.m. or after 3 p.m., but sometimes there is mid-day availability. You can specify what tasks you want the housekeeper to perform. If you want extensive housekeeping, we will send two housekeepers for a minimum of two hours.
