    Russian River Vacation Rental

          Light and airy, this beautifully remodeled river-front home offers a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, gas stove, ice-maker, and a full array of appliances. The kitchen is open to a spacious living/dining room with a magnificent ironwork chandelier, comfortable and stylish furniture including a queen sleeper, and a fireplace with insert. The living area in turn opens to an 800 square foot private deck overlooking the river, with a variety of outdoor furniture, barbecue, and six person hot tub.

          The master bedroom has a king bed; the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have their own televisions with premium channels. Both bathrooms have tubs and showers. If you want or need to bring your laptop, this house has wireless high-speed cable Internet access. Sit on the deck enjoying the river view while you check your email!

          The river is reached by a set of stairs to a dock (seasonal), with a double kayak ready for boating down the river, and the grounds are studded with redwood trees.  Only ¾ mile from downtown Guerneville, this home is an easy walk to restaurants, bars, beaches, and shops, yet just far enough away from town to provide a very quiet and tranquil setting.

    Rentals of less than 31 days require collection of 9% hotel tax plus 2% County Business Improvement Area tax.
