          Oh so appealing, Eye Candy deserves its name.  This two-story architect-designed home is a real beauty, with its arched ceiling, gourmet kitchen with granite counters and custom cabinets, gas fireplace, comfy designer furnishings, and covered porch with a splendid birds-eye view of the river.  The bamboo floors are just gorgeous, the art collection is lively and engaging, and if you need to stay in touch there is high-speed cable Internet access.  Relax in front of the gas fireplace (no fuss, no muss), on the swing on your covered porch, or in the hot tub down in your fenced yard right outside the bedrooms.  The surround sound entertainment system will knock your socks off!  This little home does everything right.

          Sleeping four, Eye Candy has two bedrooms with queen beds.  The bedrooms share a beautiful bath with tub and shower and there is another half bath on the main floor.  The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is open to the living/dining area, allowing interaction between the cook and other guests.   The landscaped yard includes a water fountain and an array of plantings, designed to create a lovely environment any time of year.

          While you may never want to leave this little slice of heaven,  Eye Candy is just a five minute walk to downtown Monte Rio with its river beach, boat rentals, movie theater, stores, bars, and restaurants.
