To book your concierge services, please email us at concierge@rrgetaways.com with the requested service, your name and phone number, the date of services requested, and the name of the house you will be staying in. If you have questions, please call us at 800-433-6673 and ask for our concierge.
Concierge Services must generally be paid in advance and usually there will be no refund for services cancelled less than seven days prior to the service date. Mug Shots by Robin and some massage therapists may accept cash at the time of the services, as long as there is a credit card hold. Refunds for cancelled personal chef services and other outside vendor services will be determined by those service providers.
