The living room is open to the kitchen, with a dining area. The kitchen opens to the deck, outdoor dining, yard, and river access. Off the living area, there are two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Out the front door, there's a deck with hot tub and privacy fencing. From the rear yard, there's a path to the neighborhood beach.
Please Note: Absolutely no noise/loud music after 11pm; neighbors will not tolerate late night parties.
