Light and airy, Avalon (~1900sf) is an architect-designed, beautifully remodeled contemporary home with splendid river views. Up a flight of steps, the living room is open to the kitchen with a dining area and bar seating. There is a solarium off the dining area which opens to the deck and outdoor dining. Down a hall, there are two bathrooms and three bedrooms. One bedroom opens to a second solarium, which also opens to the deck. The yard has a lawn, with stairs leading down to the seasonal dock.
Please help keep our neighbors happy and our neighborhoods vacation rental-friendly. By County Ordinance, quiet hours are 10pm-9am. After 10pm, please keep voices quiet and hot tub jets on low.
Please note that this is a riverfront home with a dock. Docks are generally in place from mid-June/early July to mid-September, depending on when the summer dams are installed. There are plenty of other ways to enjoy the river, if a dock is not in place at the time of your visit, such as a short walk or drive to a neighborhood and town public beach or renting a canoe from Burke's. Boats are generally not available when docks are not in place.
