Artist's View & Painter's Dream (~2000sf) is a remodeled 2-story 1904 historic cottage with spectacular views, antiques, and art collection, tucked away on Jenner’s oldest street. This home consists of two guest suites, one on each level, with no interior connection for maximum privacy. The upper level is called Artist's View and has a great room with dining area and adjacent kitchen. French doors open onto a spacious deck with outdoor dining. Off the great room, there's a bedroom, with its own sitting room, bathroom with over-sized soaking tub for two with a view, and deck with hot tub. The downstairs suite is called Painter’s Dream and has a bedroom, sitting room, bathroom, private deck, and its own entrance. The 1/2 acre yard has seating areas and a formal terraced French garden.
This home is not recommended for children under 12.
The upper level (Artist's View) of this property may be rented without the downstairs suite (Painter's Dream), while the downstairs remains unoccupied. $225/night; $1350/week; $120 cleaning. Call the office to book.
